Gaming Laptop

Gaming laptops are generally quite a bit more expensive due to a better graphics card, increase ram, and usually a larger screen, here's one that I found quick off of Newegg, a little outside of your range but finding a new gaming laptop for 400-700 USD might be a little difficult.

What you could do is find one you like and try to get it used off of eBay or Amazon, that should save you a couple hundred
EDIT: Here's what Best Buy has to offer, you can see the prices start at $50 more than you have listed as your budget but if you see one there you can probably buy it used and save anywhere from $100-200.
