Gaming PC Recommendations?

Hello, I've been looking into Gaming PCs for christmas, and am having not much luck in looking for a decent one!
My highest amount I will be spending will be £700, and I will only be buying pre-built ones, due to me being a noob when it comes down to specs and things like that.

What websites can you recommend me? I have seen chillblast and have found a gaming PC there for £700 inc VAT but it not being the best (Graphics card, Motherboard and cooler being bad).

Let me know of some pre-built gaming PCs that you recommend and it'll be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

You can customize computers on chillblast, but a friend of mine did that and messed his up in the way of not accessing his 2nd hard drive. I don't want to make a similar mistake

That system actually looks a pretty good spec, except I can`t believe they have put such a crappy power supply in pc with that spec.

I also note the system comes pre overclocked which in one sense is good, but to run the system permanently overclocked will reduce the lifespan of at least the cpu and perhaps other components also.

This system is a better spec and a lower price - https://www.cyberpowersystem.co.uk/system/weekly_sales_II/

Has the same cpu as the other build, but most other parts are better such as ram and it has a liquid cpu cooler instead of a fan.

One thing to note as I said the power supply is a cheapish standard unit, but at least cyber power state NO overclocking possible, where as chillblast are doing the opposite and selling you a pre overclocked system with a low end power supply

Looks really good! Thanks a ton.

Do you reckon it would be worth spending the extra £1 to get the
Corsair Hydro Series H55 Quiet Liquid Cooling system w/ 120mm Radiator
instead of the original
Cooler Master Seidon 120M Liquid Cooling System 120MM Radiator?

You've really helped me out a lot!

God yes if it is only £1, I previously had a corsair in my last machine and just got a cooler master seidon for my current machine as it was very cheap, but I wish i had payed the extra and got another corsair unit.

Although a liquid cooler for £30 is still really cheap and it performs not bad, but not as good as the corsair and was more hassle to fit.

Ok, I'll keep in mind to use the other one. Would I have to be careful on what I buy due to it having a chance to mess up the computer? Or does it not matter, cause I have an extra £100 to spend on better parts for the computer if I do choose to go for that one ( Which seems likely )

Also, there's another motherboard which has no difference in price.
Current: Gigabyte Z97-HD3 INTEL Z97 Chipset, ATX Mainboard w/ 4 RAM slots, 7.1 HD Audio, HDMI, GbLAN, USB 3.0, SATA-III, 1x Gen2 PCIe x16, 1x Gen2 PCIe x4, 2x PCIe x 1 & 2x PCI

Other which is same price: MSI Z97-G43 INTEL Z97 Chipset, ATX Mainboard w/ 4 RAM slots, 7.1 HD Audio, HDMI, GbLAN, USB 3.0, SATA-III, 2x Gen2 PCIe x16, 2x PCIe x 1 & 3x PCI

From what I can tell, the second motherboard seems better

Gigabyte & Asus are the 2 top motherboard manufacturers, MSI & Asrock are slightly lower, all the computers I own have gigabyte boards and I did have an Asus in my last system and it was just as good, the 1 Asrock board i tried arrived DOA and have had many Faulty MSI boards.

If you have some spare extra cash upgrade that power supply to a corsair unit

I cant under stand why you want a whole new pc,when your other thread stated that you already have good parts. Just upgrade CPU cooler, PSU, and case, and possibly GPU

I'd say for most buy the parts individually and put them together. It is as easy as Legos. You also get much better knowledge and better value for money which can then go into better components. You can buy it pre-built but you will probably void the warranty by just opening the case due to stickers. Not to mention if something goes wrong, then what. You have to send it away. Wheras if you have basic knowledge you can find what's wrong and RMA the part.

There are also very good youtube videos by neweggTV, and Cary Holzman, its super.simple, and the hardest part is picking your parts and making sure there compatible
