That PSU is very poor value for money and doesn't have sufficient 12V rail amperage for that card. Either way 34A for over $90 (including shipping) is poor when you can get this for less: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139019&cm_re=corsair-_-17-139-019-_-Product

with 40A on 12V rail.

Either way, whatever you choose, I would spend a little more on that PSU.

Also if you're like me and have hard drives floating around, I would recommend a SSD for the OS installation and applications. Makes a massive difference. Something like this is the same cost as the hard drive listed above http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227510 although, of course its only 32GB. This is though, enough for a Windows 7 Install and most if not all your applications. Storage and games etc can be put on other drives if you have them.
