Hey guys, my friend wants to buy a new computer.
His budget is 1200, and he can not build it himself. Therefore it has to be built before purchase. (Unless the site has a build option for like 100 bucks haha).

No. I can't, we don't live in the same city. And besides, I don't really know how to either.
