compatible, yes. as far as I see. But there is probably places where you are able to save some money. Like for example, you will see little if any gaming gain from a 3960X over the 3820 quad core. or even the 39**k. And 3 way SLI on 580s is not really needed for anything. You can up the performance going to a CF7970 setup, but I wouldn't if I were you.
 
Yeah, what is this computer used for? 64GB of RAM? No game anywhere near in the future will use that much.

drop the hatachi hard drive too. Go to a Seagate or Western Digital over it. Might cost some extra money, but it will be worth it.
 
What cpu cooling are you using nothing listed water cooling or air cooling only reason i ask with the RAM modules hugging the CPU socket ,That could get very hot right in the center of the board, If that was a build i was doing i would go water , Also jacket up the ram aswell , What clocks are you running with the ram .

I run 12gb on my Gaming rig and for me thats a little over the top .
