If the P35 chipset can run that E8400 then it's a mighty fine computer. X38 chipset would be better (if you're not planning on SLI) but not much better.

I myself would pick a OCZ, Corsair or Zalman 600 watt PSU or something because I know the brands well and I know their service. But if you say your PSU brand works fine, by all means take that one ;)
 
Well, I'd go for OCZ Cl4 800mhz sticks. But it says in the review that these are overclockable to CL4 as well.
