SRY FOR THE WEIRD ORDER LOOL!

Well, is it good?

Yeh

Seems like a nicely balanced system to me. I especially like the choice of the graphics card and the processor. However, the speakers are quite expensive and their THX certification is a marketing "trick" which allows them to charge more for something which you simply cannot achieve in a room.

go with the Z-5300's or Z-5500's. Everything else looks good, but how many amps are on that PSU?

And I'm assuming you'll be using stock cooling? No overclocking is involved?
You can use stock cooling to overclock... Just not as high as with a non-stock HSF.

38 amps are plenty, and those are good speakers; I didn't choose them for the THX Certification, that's just a bonus.
