Gateway Mic Problems.

Hey All, I have a gateway m-152xl and it used to have windows vista but I recently installed Windows 7 Ultimate on it. And now when I installed the built in webcam driver, the webcam shows perfectly but when i talk into the mic it does not work at all. Can you guys give me some suggestions on how to fix this problem? maybe there is a better driver out there.

Go to gateway and they might carry the driver you need, or find out through gateway what model mic you have and go though the manufacture. How old is your computer?
