Gatway MX6448 VS the Acer Aspire 5102WLMi

Ok so i am looking at 2 computers. The first is a Best Buy and it is a Gateway MX6448 $699. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage...t&productCategoryId=cat01174&id=1156606934474

The second is a Acer Aspire 5102WLMi for $749 at Circuit City. http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Acer...56035/catOid/-12963/rpem/ccd/productDetail.do

I have heard good things about acer but i am not sure about gatway both are similar in specs , not sure which is better for the $. Any thoughts?

they are both decent for the price and both are similar in specs so just look at all the fine details. ive heard acer has a great warranty, but not sure if that carries over to their laptops
