geforce 7500le?

ok i know the gs series sucks, but i havent heard anything about the le series, im thinking about buying a computer through hp.. a compaq... probaly gonna get flamed for that but oh well... and it offers a geforce 7500le i was wondering if it outperforms the gs or is remotely close to a 7300gt?
 
I've not heard of a 7500LE. Are you sure that's a geforce and not a Radeon? I looked around online and really couldn't find anything on it either. I found a couple pages breifly mentioning it, but no clear data.

My guess, if there is such a card, it's going to be very low end, and much lower than the 7600GS(particually a "LE" verison)

Who says that? The 7600GS and 7800GS are fairly powerful cards. Granted it's not as good as a 7600GT or 7800GT, they are cheaper.

We have learned that Nvidia Corporation is working on three new graphic processors: The GeForce 7600 LE, GeForce 7500 LE and the GeForce 7300 SE. Both the 7500 LE and 7300 SE will be based on G72, and the 7600 LE will be based on G73.
