GeForce 7600 GT Driver Problem

I used the drivers off the cd first and got that error and then I went to the website and got the same error. Do I uninstall and then reinstall the drivers now?

What do I do?

i am pretty sure this card is messed up i dont even know. i will try again sometime but thanks. i uninstalled it and used the drivers off the cd and i got the card to show only 4 colors - the best i got it to get.

if i got it to show 4 colors is there any way of reinstalling and installing to how it should be?

I sent back the old card and got a new one. Same exact problems. Can anyone help seriously this is really getting me angry - I have been waiting a few months to get this card and BOTH are not working with Windows Media Center Edition.
 
Still getting problems after calling them for some help. Is having one ATI card in and one nVidia card in at the same time bad?

EDIT: I uninstalled the nVidia card drivers but now when I put my old card (ATI Radeon) in nothing shows up for display properties.

Sounds like some software conflicts... Is it possible for you to do a Repair install of Windows? It may not work, seeing as the exact cause is still unknown :\

If you installed the RADEON drivers on it then yes it will mess with the Nvidia drivers... and card.
 
correction now: my old ati card works but yeah the geforce - not so much
can anyone point so a good ati card im sick of these driver problems and im not going to use the 7600gt if i have to take out my second card. any help on a new card?
