Geforce FX5900 Wont Boot!

Hi, i have an Aopen FX5900. When i turn on the pc i see a flash and the card bios comes up for a couple of secnds and the screen goes blank! No MB bios is displayed and thats as far as it gets.

I have tried the card in my other (crappy duron) rig and still the same.

I have a 450 watt psu, and the crappy pc has a 350 watt.

The fan goes fast at first also and 'dims' down to a little buzz (Is this normal?)

If you can help i would be extremely greatful!

P.s. When i plug the FX 5200 in, and no probs at all.

Well...if it does this in two machines, I'd think you have some problem with the card itself... Now, I don't have one, but I have an FX6800 and the fan never spun down from what I could tell...

Yes its very easily Noticeable. I was wondering if this is an error with the bios, if this is possible?
