General Video card question

It depends on the amount of case cooling, generally in CrossFire you dont need aftermarket coolers. I'd say buy the cards and monitor temperatures, if it's too high you can always add more fans.
 
I would get aftermarket heatsinks for both anway, because the clever people at XFX when they designed that card decided to make a card that exhausted its lovely, wholesome hot air...straight into your case, just for it to circulate around your other components :)
