"Get Windows 10"

I was just wondering, has anybody clicked on the icon that says "get Windows 10" in the task bar near their clock? Any issues in doing this? Does it simply upgrade your system to Windows 10, or does it send you to a webpage that has an ISO of Windows 10? There's bound to be a catch to a lot of people getting Windows 10 for free. Anybody know what it is?

It allows you to reserve a download of Win10 when it comes out in July 29th. That way it will download the update automatically (but only when it comes out). There has been a whole discussion of this subject on the sticky of Windows 10.
