Gettin whole screen to display on TV w/o adjusting res?

when I want to use my computer for TV or videos I just turn my tv on, the screen is cloned, but unless I turn the res down to 800X600 I can not see the whole screen, I did not have to do thaty with my ATI card, is there a way I can get my nvidia to show the whole thing?.. its a normal non HD tv connected threw s-video.. Thanks

It might be a limitation of the TV-Out not being able to scale down the resolution.

Something to try... Under the advanced display properties, find your TV, click Device Settings then device adjustment. See if there's anything about Display Adapter Scaling. That's probably just for lower resolutions, but it's worth a shot...
