Getting a camera suggestions

Well, I want to buy a new camera. I would like to get a professional one, which includes manual focus, and exposure time, shutter and all kinds of stuff set by the user. The quality of the picture should be crystal clear, and the resolution maybe around 3000px x 2000px. My budget is maximum 200$. I prefer an Olympus camera, but Canon and other very good brands are good.

If your talking about an SLR, I sure hope it's a 35MM that your looking for.

Finding a dslr for $200.00 with a lens is almost impossible.
Can you up the budget?

Not really... But I don't live in US, so maybe in Romania the prices will be lower... I don't know.
Well, what options do I have close to the price?

Maybe you'll be lucky on ebay, but I doubt it...

You could get this one: http://www.amazon.com/Fujifilm-Fine..._m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=0H05PZH5R9MHKD2RTVXA

There's also this one for a bit more: http://www.amazon.com/Fujifilm-Fine...abilized/dp/B001D0G56E/ref=dp_cp_ob_p_title_2

It's not an SLR (hence not professional), but a very nice camera none the less. I have a camera down the line a little ways (Fuji S5700) and like it a lot.

Well, it seems the professional cameras are too expensive for me.
All I need is quality and the features i specified earlier.

OK, what do you plan to do with it? Remember that there's not distinct a line between pro cameras and non-pro cameras... there are mid range cameras. The SLR-style point and shoots are generally referred to as bridge cameras (to fill the bridge between compacts and SLRs) or superzooms (because they have a lot of zoom.) Check this website for some camera reviews: http://www.cameralabs.com/

Also, any chance you could get a US model name for that Panasonic camera?

If you could stretch your budget, you can occasionally find a used Nikon D50 body for around $210 shipped, and then add in a kit lens for another $50 or so, and you'd get a pretty decent DSLR for under $300USD. In reality, you get what you pay for.
