Getting around wide screen...

New Member
Purchased a wide screen monitor (16:10 aspect ratio). It stretches everything out, including photographs. How do you get around this in the applications? Or in Windows? Or do I ditch the monitor with a standard aspect ratio?

right-click anywhere on your desktop, click on the settings tab, and then where it says screen resolution, change the res to the highest setting the bar will allow
