Getting even better Crystal clear graphics and performance ???

Hi all,

Getting Crystal clear graphics and performance now, well I think I am, but do you think I would get an even better performance with something like this, and how much better please. 10% 50% or ??? That is on the Graphics, gameplay and FPS ON SAY THE TOP Computer Game that’s out right now. If you want to know more on my Comp please say.

Wow, that's saved me some Money. What else would you need to know about my Computer to see if it could Take/handle that Card. Or could I go as high as GTX 780 ti, and how much more performance would I get, and do you think that would be would going up to that One, or would the 770 do me Buck for Buck just as good. As I don't want to spend over if I don't have too. And thx again.

You did notice that he has a 290X chosen for his build when you click the link? The 290X performs better. Hmmmm wait a minute is he referring to build in the link or his signature?

Wayne do you have the Cyberpower computer that you have linked to, or do you have what's in your signature?

Wayne if you can get that 780 for the cheap on your eBay link, then that is the best value for your money....( though I think by the time the auction ends it will most likely be over £300).. otherwise stick with that 290X you have selected in your build if in fact that is what you are referring to.

Hi and thx again. Yes your right the Card has gone up. Here it what I have now, no I do not have the Cyber, that's what I was thinking of buying, here is what I have now, thus should I go for the 780 or 290x ??? See you on USA Time, will do a little reading up on Cards in the meantime, that's if you have Time to get back.

The AMD 290X performs very very very close to the 790ti.

These are expensive cards and if you are an extreme gamer that plays the most strenuous games at high setting, then either will do you justice. If you are not an extreme gamer, then you may want to save a little money and drop down a notch on the GPU hierarchy. I lived in Germany for 20 years, so know that things tend to be a bit more expensive on your side of the world.

HI there,

I wanted you to check on a Card, but them seen it was from the Czech republic and there would be import charges, so would not have been worth it. Thank you again you have been very helpful, and I Know far more now.

Could I as you One more question please. If I buy a high end Card that will push up to 2,560 x 1,440 Resolution, does that mean my Screen {se above, also is my screen up to scratch seems fantastic to me}can take this, and in Game/s, I will be able to set the Resolution up to this ???

In your signature, I only see Samsung Syncmaster. Look at the manual for your monitor and it will tell you what the max resolution is. Also, I would do a google on the games that you play, to see the resolutions that people are using and getting good frame rates with particular computer set-ups.

I will check on my screen tomorrow, it's a Samsung Syncmaster P2270HD, so if it does not, that means I have to buy a new screen ???

Wayne, like KDfresh said above. Your screen will be fine, it is that the resolution will be 1080. The games will still look great at 1080, so there is no reason to spend thousands on a screen to get the highest resolution available.
