Getting Maximum Speed Possible

Hey,
I am just wondering if anybody recommends any ways to get the fastest possible internet speed by changing around some settings. Right now i am using Firefox 2.0.

I found FF to be the fastest web browser. You can also try Opera.

FF=Firefox

Opera is another web browser that some people like.

You could use fasterfox. That SHOULD make pages load faster. You could also use a download manager, like DownloadThemAll for firefox that manages downloads and downloads in chunks so that it can be way faster. With DownloadThemAll it can be up to 4X faster and it works very well.
