getting PC name from IP

Hello all, I'm here to pester again!

There is a PC at work thats using a shed load of bandwidth, I know the IP address but I don't know the clients PC. Is there a way to find out the PC name from the IP address?

(Its a DNS network with DHCP if that makes any difference).
