"Ghost Car" on San Andreas.

If you have a look at the Secret Locations map for GTA San Andreas, you will see somewhere in the bottom left-hand corner an object named "Ghost Car". I would like to know what this does because when I found it it was just some smashed up car in the middle of nowhere. I'm just curious... What's this supposed to do?:confused:
 
im not sure if that car is the one that started the rumor about bigfoot being in the game and going around smashing up cars and stuff or if i am thinking about another "ghost car".
 
The ghost car is the car in the middle of nowhere. The thing is that the place where it spawns is like a small valley and it "drives" around there. Sometimes the car isn't there and then *bam* it's there and it's rolling around.
