Ghosting Problems

I have a sceptre X20WG and I'm experiencing ghosting or what I think is ghosting while playing halo but not while BF2. There is a faint image of a player trailing the player in halo. This monitor should be able to play it fine but it's not. The drivers are not installed. Is there some kind of setting I have tuned wrong? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

just a long shot, but you're not using that vga cable it came with are you?

and make sure your direct x and video drivers are up to date

i've got three of those monitors, and none of them have any problems with ghosting or streaking

Yes I am using the stock VGA cable. Is it bad? Which cable would you recommend?

I have DX9.0c and drivers that EVGA sent

get yourself a dvi cable from newegg

they're like $30+ at stores, but i got 12 foot cables from newegg for like $10.

My monitor is VGA though. Not DVI

Oh wait never mind there is a second plug and I think it is DVI
