GIF Image Creation

Hi, I wanted to make a quick GIF out of three JPEGS. I don't have any gif-making software that I know of.. is it possible to do it with paint? If not, are there any free easy to use programs out there? Thanks!!

you can use PIMP..lol am kidding.. i meant GIMP.
pretty much a bit like photoshop and very easy

I downloaded the program. It looks really gnarly. Only, I'm not that familiar with photoshop and I couldn't figure out how to begin making the gif, even with the manual. lol.
