.GIF Maker?

Any freeware Gif makers that will take a series of pictures and turn them into a gif file? I took several pictures with a stationary camera that would make a cool animation if I had a way to do that.

I use The GIMP. Just open the first picture and drag the remaining pictures on top of the first one in the order you want and save as a GIF Animation (Choose Save As and select GIF under file type, then save as animation when you press save.

I'd like to see the finished product.

If that fails, just make it with Windows Movie Maker, making the picture timings as short as possible. My brother made some and I hosted them on Google Video.

seems easy enough, lol. Will it let you change the speed of the animation?

Yes. the speed is how long each picture will display in milliseconds. you just have to play around with it a little and keep re-saving till you get what you want.

Ugh, I installed Gimp and quickly uninstalled it. I just need a program that will turn the pics into gif easily. Gimp is to much like a bad version of photoshop, I didnt like it.
