Well i'm trying to make a picture that moves like a movie and i'm not sure how to do it. I have a video and i can get like 8 pictures from it that would form a movie but i'm not sure how to put them together. I have windows movie maker(i'm not sure if that would do anything), Jasc Paint Shop Pro(when i save it as Gif it comes up with the message that it has to convert it back) and i also have irfanview to resize images. Can someone please tell me if i can make it with any of those programs? If not then can someone tell me with what ones i could? Thanks~!
