Gifting of The Humble Bundle Keys

As it is against the T&C's of The Humble Bundle to give away or sell the keys bought from the offer, you may not offer them to anyone on the forums.

The keys are for your personal use only and nobody elses. You do have the option to buy the games as a gift, however as there is no way of telling if the games were purchased in such a way, you cannot give them away with this claim either.

This goes for all offers, such as the free games that are given away with some hardware, unless it is specified that you may give them away.

I am not disagreeing with this at all, the rules are the rules, but I am confused. All I see is no sale of gaming accounts, which the HIB isn't, and it says no keys without original installation media may be sold, but the HIB keys ARE the original media.

It is nothing to do with the lack of physical medium to install the game from, it is because to give away the games is against the humble bundle ToS

To give them away does not fall under personal use, as it is then for another individual's use

Just so it is clear to everyone, you may not offer the keys on here at all, so to say i have keys, speak to me elsewhere/pm me is not allowed either.

The way I wrote the post was so that you can't get in trouble by letting it be. But anyway if you like to waste CD Keys fine. I don't, I'll give them somewhere else don't worry.

I would disagree seeing as in the OP

you may not offer them to anyone on the forums

By purchasing the pack you agree to the ToS, by then giving the keys away you are in breach of the ToS. You did not buy say 5 games, you bought a pack of games which are just that, a pack, not individual games to be split. If you bought them as a gift you can give them away, however again as a pack not individually.

I used to buy packs in store, gave away the CDs I already had. Anyways if I'm in breach of ToS so be it. It won't happen here anyways.
