Wl i just built my first computer and what better way to top it off than to get a gaming mouse am i right?
I dont want to spend a lot i was thinking under $50.

I came across the gigabyte gm-m6980 and it seemed to be pretty good but i would enjoy some input!

Thanks guys!
:P

It looks pretty sweet and the price is good I would say go for it. If your budget was double that I would say look at the cyborg rat 9. That is the current mouse that I am looking to pick up.

A few alternatives. The razer mice are just wonderful to use, however I'm on the MX518 right now and for a (relatively) cheap mouse I love it. Rarely come last in games, it is extremely comfortable for long periods of time, it is just a great mouse

any of those mice would be a great choice. I'll throw my vote in for the mx518. I have been using it for a bit over a year now and it is very comfortable. Works for both the claw grip and laying your full hand on it.

The MX518 is definitely a good buy for a "budget" gaming mouse. Had mine for about 5 years now and it's still awesome! (a bit worn and used, but still works great).

I have never tried any of those other mice, but I have heard good things about them all! :)
