General consensus is that those type of kits aren't worth getting other than the "ohh look at my pretty watercooling". A high end air system will do you much better than a low end watercooling kit.
Swiftech's high end kits are an exception to that, but the low end kits fall right into that catagory.
Piecing a kit together is usually the best way, but can be costly. The reason the high end swiftech kits are good is because they are just the pieces put into a box.
So, generally speaking, I wouldn't go with a kit like that. Piecemeal or swiftech/dangerden...not those low end watercooling all in one kits. Your much better on a high end air kit then compared to those. Your better off with a nice Zalman or Thermalright air heatsink and fan than the low end kits like that.
