Gigabyte DS3 Help!

hellow,

i was wandering if this is normal.

I plugged my ps2 keyboard inside a PURPLE ps2 port on the ds3 and it works.

Whenever, i plug the keyboard into the second one (there is 2), it doesnt work, windows does not detect it. Does this mean that the ps2 port is broken?

nope, believe it or not, the GREEN PS/2 port is for the ancient PS/2 mouses

The other PS/2 port is for the mouse

There are pictures on the i/o shield that came with your board.
