so im thinking on getting some new ram for my ga-8knxp and of coarse i have to see what voltage i can handle. so i email gigabyte and i asked them since i cant find it anywhere else. i am told that memory defaults at 2.5v. and he said 2.75v wouldnt work becuase the max voltage is 2.7v. he then said if you got o bios you can raise the voltage by .1. the only thing i dont understand is that if it defualts at 2.5v and in bios i can raise it +.3v then isnt 2.5 + .3 = to 2.8? i asked gigabyte about it but they never answered the question. hopefully someone can give me an answer.
