gigabyte Motherboard help!

I recently "built my computer with a ga-ep45-UD3P motherboard. I turned on the computer and it is intermittent with whether it comes on or not. It will beep a bunch if it doesn't come on. If it does come on it goes to the GIGABYTE LOGO screen. At this point nothing happens. I can't enter BIOS, or do anything. I've tried different keyboards with the same result. Reading around I saw that some people said this issue is because the RAM is rated at 2.0-2.1 volts. I'm not sure what the issue is but I cannot enter the BIOS or do anything to my computer. I'm worried as to why I can't do anything and why it occasionally will not even fully power on. does anyone have any troubleshooting suggestions?

I got 2x2 G of G skill 1066 ram
gigabyte HD4350 video card
intel extreme edition dual cual 965

Disconnect everything not needed but 1 stick of memory, video card, keyboard and mouse. Most likely you have a bad piece of hardware somewhere. It could be a cdrom drive, floppy drive, anything. Try a different keyboard and mouse combo as well, even video card.

I agree with johnb45. Disconnect everything. It might be a slight chance that it is the wrong ram. When I was building my computer i had the same problem. I got new ram and fixed up other parts and it's running good. You might have to read up on your parts and check it's right. I was reading the manual it says to make sure your RAM is DDR2 1336+. To be honest I might be wrong but I don't think it supports that CPU. It says that it supports Core 2 Duo and Core 2 Quad. I might be wrong maybe it's that.
