Gigabyte RMA

Hi.
Did anyone have sent an RMA to Gigabyte before?
I sent my mobo in March and have heard anything about it from Gigabyte.
So I sent a complain to Giga yesterday and they showed where to check updated status. I went there and put my zip code, rma number, etc./ but nothing came up.
What is happening with my mobo?

Also, since I dont have my mobo right now, I placed HDD and ODD in my computer case/ rest of the parts in antistatic baggies. Is it okay?

LOL I leave my HDD lying around there should be any problems, you would need a REALLY REALLY strong magnet to affect it, just keep it away from children who might drop it. The same can't be said about the graphics card and RAM, and other delicate internal components, make sure they are housed in an antistatic bag or box and kept well away from children. Regarding RMA with gigabyte, I have had generally a very pleasant relationship with them, but then I got my motherboard replaced through the retailer because it was less than 7 days young when it stuffed. But if its taking too long complain in writing to the company and if you are not satisfied, then complain to a consumer watchdog, I don't know what country you are in, but in Australia we have the Department of Fair trading that deals with those issues and their findings are legally binding.

Thank you for your response. I'm in US and I asked other people from other forums about it also, and they said that I should threat them that I will file BBB claim.
Well, I will wait until Monday for "satisfactory" response and if they still resolve this, I will file BBB claim report them to other claim services also.
