Gigabyte X99-UD4, New, First Boot-up, in Loop

New Gigabyte X99-UD4 will not successfully boot. Computer powers up for about 5 seconds, then powers down, then repeats loop again and again ... . I've tried unplugging everything connected to the mobo except the graphics card. It's still in the loop. This is a new mobo and this is the first boot. No Windows operating system installed. Reading the instructions, I understand that it should boot to the BIOS.

Unfortunately, I purchased the mobo a little over 30 days ago from Newegg and was just able to install it this past weekend. So, no returning it to Newegg, I guess.

Help!!

Thanks

I removed all but one DIMM and then changed out that DIMM. It's still in the loop. I appreciate the suggestion.

Please post what your other parts are such as ram and cpu. Did you use the standoffs between motherboard and case?

Like said, you sure the standoffs are in the right places under the board? What kind of video card and power supply do you have?

Agreed , post all purchased parts so we can see if there are any incompatible parts. Are there any LEDs on the board lit up during this time or any beeps through the speaker?

Reseat the CPU making sure for correct seating, check the CPU socket for damage such as bent pins etc.
