gmail and outlook express 6

i have a gmail account and i would like to add this email account to my outlook express 6 for easier and faster receiving (without visiting website) email. i googled it and found a way to do it but it didnt work. is it even possible to do?

you can do it in Firefox...there is an extention specially for gmail

you need to enable pop status in your settings. here are the instructions
