Does any body know what this is? im trying to send a 10.3 mb file and it hasnt sent it yet and i was wondering what the limit was and what is hotmails?

Thanks!!! :D

An attachment limit is a limit on the size of what you send. I believe the limit for gmail and hotmail is 10MB, but even if you send something that is under that limit it still may not be sent(ex. sending a movie that is 9.5MB). It has to do something with being sent over long distances and it supposedly increases the size somehow.

The 10Megabytes is refering to a size of:
10^6*10=10,000,000 Bytes.
When your computer count bytes. it tells you that 1 megabyte is:
2^20*10=1,048,576 bytes

So what migth seem as 10Megabyte sharp on your computer.
Is in reality: 10,048Megabyte
