Gmail not getting email???

My wife has a Gmail account, and it's hooked up to her phone. But sometimes she doesn't get her emails on the computer, but she does get them on her phone. Can anyone explain this?

How does she access her email on the computer? Through a web browser or with a web client?

It may be the settings in gmail under IMAP. Make sure messages are not deleted form server option is off or something like that.

Check IMAP, POP3, and SMTP servers. Make sure it has the right servers set up on the phone. Also make sure the password on the phone is the current password. It might also be a internet problem. Technology has it's ups and downs.
