Going to be upgrading motherboard, is this a good choice?

Need to upgrade my board to have more SATA 6.0 GBs slots, and this one has what I need.
I also wanted a minimum of 2 PCI 3.0 slots which this also has.

But can anyone tell me if these are any good? Still a bit new to customizing and the only other boards Ive bought were MSI brand boards.

I needed it to not break the bank and this is what I found.

I really don't see anything wrong with the board and in fact it says Tom’s Hardware Approved Award. So it must be good.

Do you really need a 750 watt PSU though? Going SLI or Crossfire?
