Good 700-750$ Desktop Build

Hello! I am going to build a computer from the ground up, most likely buying all my parts off of www.newegg.ca(I'm Canadian)

I was wondering if someone can help me make up a list of items I'd need(minus a hard drive and OS) that would have a total sum of 700-750 maximum after tax/shipping and all those extra charges. I was thinking of using my current 400gb average computer hard drive, which may make my computer not run perfect but I would prefer my games to run at top end perforance, preferably WoW right now and for when the Guild Wars 2 open beta/full client comes out.
Soo to anyone that could help me make up a list, thank you in advance :)

you know that you can't just stick that hdd in another comp and it work, you'll have to buy an operating system install disk which cost 100 for the 1 use, and like 180 for the transferable ones.
