Good and cheap graphics card for games

I want to know a good and cheap graphics card ($40-$75) that would allow the games Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and Neverwinter Nights to run smoothly. Only tell me if you had them before, and they are OpenGL, and more thank 128mb.

I'd go for a 7300GS, it should run most games fine (256MB)

As for OpenGL, every new graphics card that I know of has it

Eh...no. Well, I know the 7300 isn't much better than the 6200, and mine runs some things worse than my old Radeon 8500 in a PIII 733MHz machine...

That 7300 only has 4 pixel pipelines, and are you sure you have PCI Express? You should check.
