Good Case with Good Cooling?

Is this a good case?

My new system will be:

Core 2 Duo E6400

OCZ 600W GameXStream Power Supply w/ Quad +12V

Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 w/ DualDDR2 800, 7.1 Audio, Gigabit Lan, SATA II, PCI-E x16

Sapphire Radeon X1900 XT 256MB GDDR3 PCI-E w/ VIVO, Dual DVI (Retail)

OCZ 2GB PC2-6400 EL Platinum XTC Edition Rev. 2 Dual Channel DDR2 Kit (2 x 1GB)

Will this case be able to keep my system cool? And should I add another 80mm fan?
 
I'd be willing to spend about $80, about the same as the case I listed.


Maybe somoone could list a good case, with great cooling and fans?

The cheaper the better.

And looks aren't at the top of my list.
