Good Computer 600-850€

Hello, everyone! I'm planning to buy a new desktop computer, because my current one is quite old now and not very reliable anymore.
Can anyone suggest me any good computers in price range from 600 to 850€ (800 to 1200$)?
I'll mostly use it for gaming (GTA IV, San Andreas, The Sims 3, FIFA 13, Minecraft - I want to run these games on Medium/High settings, 30+ FPS) and it has to be an improvement over my old computer (it's quite old). :)

My old desktop computer's specs:
Operating System: Windows XP Professional 32-bit (5.1, Build 2600)
System Manufacturer: INTEL
System Model: DQ3510J
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs)
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Hard Drive: C: (250 GB) D: (230 GB)
DirectX version: DirectX 9.0c
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT
DAC Type: Integrated RAMDAC
Approx. Total Memory: 512 MB

So, this new computer should have at least 8 GB of RAM and better graphics card (if it's possible). Also, please tell me if it has an operating system installed on already or at least a licence.
Oh, and if it's possible for the computer to be upgradeable (to max. 16 GB of RAM)? That would be good. :D

Thanks in advance!

For gaming, I would honestly suggest building it yourself. You'll get a much better system in the long run.

Great, except it's all in USD and stuff in America is cheaper than the rest of the world.

There have been a lot of users here lately asking for systems but are living in Continental Europe.

A user lately bought this stuff below from a shop in Finland I think for just under 800 Euros.

MoBo: Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3, AMD AM3+, 990X7Sb950, DDR3, ATX (109,-€)
CPU: AMD FX-8320, AM3+, 3.5GHz, 8-core (149,-€)
CPU Cooler: AC Freezer Xtreme V2 (36,90€)
GPU: Gigabyte AMD Radeon R9 270X OC, 2GB GDDR5, DVI/HDMI/2xMini-DP, PCI-E 3.0 (199,-€)
RAM: Kingston HyperX Blu 2x4GB, 1600Mhz (79,-€)
SSD: Kingston 60GB SDDnow (60,90€)
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1TB (65,-€)
ODD: ASUS DRW 24-F1ST (23,-€)
Case: ThermalTake Commander USB 3.0 (30,-€)
PSU: Corsair CX600M (80,-€)

Total price is 794,90€ ($ 1067, £ 663,94) and total savings are 55,10€ (£46,02, $74)

It's a pretty good build (though I'd get a nicer case probably), and is better than your existing setup.

I would recommend looking for something along those lines. You'll need to buy an OS too remember. Windows 7 or 8.1 64-bit would be ideal.

Look to buy it from a shop in your country to avoid having to get it from other countries. You could save money.

Alright, I knew it was more expensive over there but not that bad  I will have to make some builds using Euros ;)

It was 17.5% in the UK but it was raised to 20% a couple of years ago. That's VAT (Value Added Tax).
