Good deal?

I wanted some insight on if this is a good deal or not?
Is there anything on the setup, which might no be compatible?
The owner is moving and needs to get rid of the computer and I just wanted to make sure it was a good investment for the price.

The computer is 2 months old. It also comes with XP(Pro), Office, Norton, music, and game.

I guess I should have looked there first. Looks like I could get the same comp for a few hundred less and it be all new...

Also, for that amount you can do dual core.
