Good DVD-R DL?

What is a good dvd-r dual layer drive? Is this good?

Yea. I want a black version. But new egg doesnt have that many black dvd-r DL drives. If someone could help me find a black one of simular quality, that would be awesome, especially if it also has lightscribe (but thts not THAT neccesary)

This would be my opinion. I have this drive myself and it is fantasic. It doesn't seem to be quite as good as the one you stated, but is still great.

I go with NEC drives, personally. However, my dad has an LG drive and it's worked well. He burns DVDs almost daily.

I bought an NEC DVD burner a year ago and I have no complaints. So far not one coaster and I have copied many a dvd. Also, given the price on most similar drives, you dont have to worry about wasting a whole bunch of money regardless of which brand you pick.
