good enough?

No, the videocard shouldn't really 'load' the processor down any, espcially not under normal, non-gamming use. Same goes for the soundcard, for the most part. It's really if you want something more capable, or want your shared RAM back.

IMO DO NOT GET THIS MOTHERBOARD! I just got this with a Intel Celeron D 3.066Ghz CPU. It was about half as fast as the old AMD Athlon XP 1500+. It was somehow the cause of the motherboard. I bought a new motherboard installed the drivers for it, and it went at normal speeds. With the MSI 800 pro board that was the slow one some how, i had the drivers installed, and i had everythign checked over in the bios, I had just got new CPU/MOBO/PSU/OS(reformated)

Honestly, I did not know a motherboard could cause something like that, but thats the ONLY thing that changed and suddenly its so much faster. It is possible it was just a one time defect, but the guy working at Microcenter, said "I dont even know why we sell these, It seems like everyone comes back the nextday for a refund"

Sorry for the derail and not really anwsering your question, but I thought I would share my experances with this motherboard before you by.Im My Opinoin you should get a different one.

I did mention that that i might have just been one dfective board, but the person at micro center did say there was alot of returns. I was just putting my experance out there.

Im no computer expert , but i Think that AMD athalons have cashe memory, and celerons do not, and cashe membery helps load files quicker, so that could be it. :S ,

hope it helps :)
