unfortunately gaming requires a lot of power from a PC. you should look for something with a newer dual core processor (something like a core2duo), at least 1GB RAM (2gb would see a noticeable improvement), and maybe a 7900GS video card. that would play any game out today on decent settings. you just have to shop around, i recommend cyberpowerpc.com. you have started at least 3 threads asking the same question, and i have responded in all of them saying that if you want a gaming computer for under $700 you are going to need to build it yourself. unfortunately there is no getting around it. i believe you said your dad knew about building computers, so maybe he could help you. if you think this might be an option, im sure people here could post some recommendations for a nice build. just keep in mind that building your own computer has risks. there are no overall warranties for the whole PC, if something breaks you have to figure it out yourself. also, you have to get an operating system. things like that
