Good free partition software?

Does anyone know any good and FREE partition program?

I have 200 gb of unallocated space on my HD. When installing XP, it could only detect the first hundred'ish of GB space.
Now i got the leftover in another partition.
I want to combine them together without losing any data. The second partition is empty.

Where can I get such free partition program?

If you want to partition unused space, you can do that from Administrative Tools -> Computer Management in the Control Panel of XP. Works well too.

GParted is a freeware for partition your harddisk without affecting your data:

You can manipulate existing partitions easily, even ones with data on them.
