PSU: Corsair TX650W
Case: Coolermaster HAF 932 Black

thanks for your comments:)

I've been considering that, but it is twice as expensive. My expectation to be able to on relatively high settings today, and maybe mid-to-high about a year from now

d'you think this could build could deal with that?

of course. what resolution is your monitor? mine is 1280x1024 and i can max out crysis with 4xAA :D

Crysis is longer a benchmark, it's a game :P

Thanks a lot man, that's very encouraging =D I'm actually going to buy a new monitor, screen size undecided as of right now, but going by what you just said, it' sound's good.

Here is a 5770 with 5850 review, most people consider 60fps maxed. THe 5770 is not even close. I have played Crysis on the 5850, 5870, 5970, and the 4890, the 5770 will not max it out for my definition or in the reviews. Some reviews even say the 5970 does not max out Crysis. I do understand the money issue, do not pay more than you are comfortable with.

This is another review, the 5770 would be a little slower than the GTX 260 216, but it is not on the review.

If you can still find one the 4890 is a great card for the money, $199. It is faster than the 5770, no DX11 or HDMI.

60fps... bit excessive. im getting 35-40 maxed out. if you lower the AA to 2x you could hit 60fps i think.

No DX11 is a problem though. DX10 was sort of an update, but DX11 is supposed to outright replace DX9/10. It's brought a lot of changes.
