Would a comp for this price be good for gaming?

exactly!
it should perform just fine in quake 4, HL2, and all those other games...
of course, get the 3200+ if it means you can spend the extra money you saved on a better video card.
in fact, get the 3000+ because its like $30-$40 less than the 3200+ which is definitely worth the downgrade if you can get say... a 7600gs instead of a 6600gt? :P

hmm that seems like a good setup...
not for that price though. for that price you can get at LEAST 1gb of ram in dual channel, and a real video card... not that integrated stuff...
SOUND: HIGH DEFINITION ON-BOARD 7.1 AUDIO
theres no way if you're building this yourself that it would say that..
where are you buying it from? lol

the 6200 isnt integrated.

But i do agree, if you want to be able to play some of the newest games, you wont be able to play them with 512MB RAM and a 6200 video card.

especially a 6200 with TC....I dont see why you're getting an SLI motherboard, as the 6200 isn't SLI-able. If you decide to go SLI in the future I would suggest you'd just get a better card right now.

Hey I just bought the same cpu with an Asus A8N-SLI mobo. Can I play games like BF2 and all that? I have a 512mb card as well...

everythings good, but why only 512 ram?
and why not get a better cpu for set, like if you get x2 3800, you will be really happy
its an dual core cpu... its for the future computers,

if you are getting 6200, get a different motherboard,
you don't have to get an sli motherboard, they are expencive, but if you are not using a video card that can support it,,, its not worth it

so you can change your video card, or your motherboard

No, change the vid card and the motherboard. Also, you should get 1gb of RAM is you can fit it into your budget. Or else, i'd just wait until your budget gets bigger.

my bad, i thought 6200 was integrated. 6100 is integrated.
either way its not a gaming card... its more for watching movies lol..
just build your own pc, its easy and its cheaper normally...
i showed my friend a build with a wish list... same components as the "dell" he had just bought, cost $150 less.
only difference was a bit better video card cuz newegg didn't even carry the crap dell put in it, and no "dell certified warranty"
dell = lose.
