I have been looking out for a laptop for wireless internet use mostly, but also running not very demanding programs on. DVD capability good for travel too. I imagine that this 'entry level' machine could be fine for us.

I was only interested in spending as less $ as I needed to for my needs (yes, naturally a Sony Viao would be nice!). I understand spending a hundred or so dollars more would get me the faster processor or more ram, but i'm not sure I will need it (and if I did, I understand 256mb of laptop ram is only $50 anyway.)

One question though. How much of a difference is a Celeron M to a Pentium M? Possibly not that much for what i'll be needing it for?
