Yeah, that's my point.
A good system would be an i5, the 7850 and 8GB 1600MHz RAM, but that would require a 500W PSU and a better motherboard

500w PSU
8GB (4x 2GB) 1600 DDR3 Ram
GIGABYTE GA-B75M-D3H
i5-3470
and Radeon 7850 2GB

Thats putting me at $624.94
